Bearing this in mind, although we publish telephone numbers as contact points, we would ask you to use the e-mail addresses as much a possible, as it enables us to establish a record both of your requirements and of our responses to them.

Your credit, or refund, will take 10-14 business days. If your CallKey service is paid by credit card, we shall credit your account (you will see such credit on your following statement). If you paid by cheque, we shall mail you a refund check.
