Conferencing: Once a
call is running the rate
is fixed, so the cost of
a two way call will not
increase as you add in
other participants. We
only charge a conference
rate for each new
participant. This is
unlike many other
services that
essentially charge you
over and over again for
the host to be connected
to the system.

Management: Our rates
charts are our bond, we
not only publish the
current prices but also
the history or rates
showing the last time a
particular rate changed
and the average rate
over a six month period
– we need to assure you
that our rates are
stable and consistent.
We also contain the
constant fluctuations in
our wholesale pricing
and currency exchange
rates inside our system
to minimise the
variations that we have
to pass on to you.

Prices: We offer many
premium rate services
(such as voice
recording, online
translations, toll free
SMS Links etc) that are
available to all users.

§Ethical
Billing: As much notice
is given as possible of
all billing activities
to allow the customer to
challenge any costs and
for those queries to be
resolved. For Credit
card billing we adopt
standards with the codes
of best practice
published by the major
card issuers.

Billing: All call costs
are easily viewed, both
real-time (call in
progress on screen), or
in call history, once
the call is completed or
can be delivered to you
by e-mail or SMS.
