We use common protocols and standards, such as SIP and Web Services, because, by following industry standards, we facilitate simple, and seamless, connections with third-party telecom providers.

CallKey’s system design also makes seamless interfacing possible on the wholesale, corporate and retail levels, through existing customer interfaces, such as Intranets, or Websites. The CallKey user interface and operation is easy and intuitive. Our objective is to make using CallKey more convenient to use than any other method of establishing telephone communication.

These principles help make CallKey “open for business” in all market sectors, regardless of external communication needs or protocols. CallKey has developed a set of APIs and SDKs to facilitate seamless integration of CallKey’s services in third-party applications.
